Each entry will be charged an administration fee of £110+VAT* per entry (until 16 December 2016, £145+VAT thereafter) which must be paid online when submitting your entry/entries. Discounts are offered for multiple entries. Any organisation submitting 10 entries will receive 2 additional free entries. This discount will be applied automatically when you submit your entries. Please click on the link on your confirmation page to download your receipt.
Please ensure your entry form is uploaded as a Word Document or PDF, no other formats will be accepted.
We have now introduced a new multiple entry system which allows you to enter the same or different entry forms together before reaching the payment page. To take advantage of this please click the duplicate or add another entry button once you have submitted your first entry. Please note that the entry form must still have the correct category ticked and questions answered. A total amount of 10 entries can be submitted at once.
Please also supply a 100 word summary of your campaign or team along with your entry. This will be used on the website should you be shortlisted.
Supporting materials can be provided in Word, Excel, PDF, JPEG formats, but each must not exceed 2MB. Zip Files cannot be accepted. Please also upload a company or campaign logo (in JPEG format, max 2MB) when prompted below (this may be used on the website, event brochure and presentations should you be shortlisted).Download Entry Form
